New Delhi-The Investors Club successfully organised a refreshing and
wellness-oriented morning program titled “Walk for Health, Laughter Yoga & Health Tips” at the iconic Lodhi Garden, New Delhi, with enthusiastic participation from club members and their families.The program began with a Walk for Health, encouraging participants to embrace regular physical activity. This was followed by an informative session where Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma shared simple, practical and effective Yoga and health tips, motivating everyone to adopt yoga as a part of daily life. The atmosphere became vibrant and joyful as Mr. Santosh Sahi conducted Laughter Yoga in his unique and engaging style, spreading happiness, positivity and stress-free energy among all participants.
