राजस्थानी लोकनृत्य और चित्रकला की रंगीन छटा से सजेगा राजधानी का मंच

नई दिल्ली में 9 अक्टूबर को 34वीं राजस्थानी लोक नृत्य प्रतियोगिता, 10वें सुभाष लखोटिया श्रवण कुमार पुरस्कार एवं 14वीं राजस्थानी चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता का भव्य आयोजन                      नई दिल्ली-राजस्थानी अकादमी द्वारा विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक आयोजनों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में 34वीं राजस्थानी लोक नृत्य प्रतियोगिता, 10वें सुभाष लखोटिया श्रवण कुमार पुरस्कार एवं 14वीं राजस्थानी चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन शुक्रवार, 9 अक्टूबर 2026 को नई दिल्ली स्थित रशियन सेंटर ऑफ साइंस एंड कल्चर, फिरोजशाह रोड में किया जाएगा।राजस्थानी अकादमी के अध्यक्ष डॉ. गौरव गुप्ता ने बताया कि राजस्थानी लोक संस्कृति, कला और परम्पराओं को देश की राजधानी में नई पीढ़ी तक पहुँचाने तथा प्रवासी राजस्थानियों को अपनी माटी की संस्कृति से जोड़ने के उद्देश्य से यह आयोजन प्रति वर्ष किया जाता है । राजस्थान की समृद्ध लोक संस्कृति देश-दुनिया में अपनी विशिष्ट पहचान रखती है। लोकनृत्य, लोकसंगीत, चित्रकला और पारम्परिक कलाएं राजस्थान की सांस्कृतिक विरासत की जीवंत अभिव्यक्ति हैं। अकादमी का प्रयास है कि इन कलाओं को संरक्षण देने के साथ-साथ प्रतिभाशाली कलाकारों और नई पीढ़ी के रचनाकारों को उचित मंच एवं प्रोत्साहन मिले।

डॉ गौरव गुप्ता ने कहा कि राजस्थानी लोक नृत्य प्रतियोगिता के माध्यम से राजस्थान के विभिन्न अंचलों की लोकनृत्य परम्पराओं को राजधानी में प्रस्तुत करने का अवसर मिलेगा। कलाकार अपनी प्रस्तुतियों के माध्यम से राजस्थान की विविध लोक संस्कृतियों, वेशभूषाओं, लोकधुनों और पारम्परिक नृत्य शैलियों की मनोहारी झलक प्रस्तुत करेंगे। इससे दिल्ली में रह रहे प्रवासी राजस्थानी परिवारों के साथ-साथ अन्य राज्यों के कला प्रेमियों को भी राजस्थान की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को करीब से जानने का अवसर मिलेगा।

डॉ. गुप्ता ने बताया कि सुभाष लखोटिया श्रवण कुमार पुरस्कार के माध्यम से समाज और संस्कृति के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय योगदान देने वाली ऐसी प्रतिभाओं एवं व्यक्तित्वों को जो कि अपने माता /पिता की निस्वार्थ भाव से सेवा करते हैं को सम्मानित करने की परम्परा को आगे बढ़ाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे सम्मान समाज में सेवा, समर्पण और सांस्कृतिक चेतना के प्रति सकारात्मक वातावरण निर्मित करते हैं।

इसी अवसर पर आयोजित होने वाली 14वीं राजस्थानी चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता में कलाकार राजस्थान की लोकजीवन परम्पराओं, ग्रामीण परिवेश, लोकदेवताओं, मेलों-त्योहारों और सांस्कृतिक विरासत को अपनी कला के माध्यम से कैनवास पर उकेरेंगे। प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य युवा और उभरते चित्रकारों को प्रोत्साहित करना तथा राजस्थानी कला की विशिष्ट शैली को व्यापक मंच प्रदान करना है।

राजस्थानी अकादमी के अध्यक्ष डॉ. गौरव गुप्ता ने कहा कि राजस्थान केवल भौगोलिक सीमा का नाम नहीं, बल्कि अपनी लोकभाषा, लोकसंगीत, लोककला, परम्पराओं और जीवन-मूल्यों के कारण एक विशिष्ट सांस्कृतिक पहचान है। अकादमी इस पहचान को देश की राजधानी में निरन्तर मजबूत करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।

उन्होंने कहा कि आज जब वैश्वीकरण के दौर में नई पीढ़ी तेजी से आधुनिक जीवनशैली की ओर बढ़ रही है, ऐसे समय में अपनी जड़ों और सांस्कृतिक विरासत से उसका जुड़ाव और भी आवश्यक हो गया है। लोककलाओं के संरक्षण और कलाकारों को सम्मान देने से संस्कृति की यह धरोहर आने वाली पीढ़ियों तक सुरक्षित रूप से पहुँचाई जा सकती है।

9 अक्टूबर को होने वाला यह आयोजन राजस्थान की लोक संस्कृति, कला और परम्परा का राजधानी दिल्ली में एक भव्य सांस्कृतिक उत्सव साबित होगा। अकादमी को विश्वास है कि बड़ी संख्या में कला एवं संस्कृति प्रेमी इस आयोजन में सहभागी बनकर राजस्थान की रंग-बिरंगी लोक विरासत का आनंद उठाएंगे।

New Delhi. The Rajasthani Academy is organizing a series of cultural events. As part of this initiative, the 34th Rajasthani Folk Dance Competition, the 10th Subhash Lakhotia Shravan Kumar Award ceremony, and the 14th Rajasthani Painting Competition will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026, at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture on Ferozeshah Road, New Delhi.

Dr. Gaurav Gupta, President of the Rajasthani Academy, stated that this event is organized annually with the aim of introducing the new generation in the national capital to Rajasthani folk culture, art, and traditions, and connecting the Rajasthani diaspora with the culture of their homeland. Rajasthan’s rich folk culture holds a unique identity across the country and the world. Folk dance, folk music, painting, and traditional arts are vibrant expressions of Rajasthan’s cultural heritage. Dr. Gaurav Gupta added that the Rajasthani Folk Dance Competition would provide an opportunity to showcase the folk dance traditions of various regions of Rajasthan in the capital. Through their performances, artists will present a captivating glimpse of Rajasthan’s diverse folk cultures, costumes, melodies, and traditional dance styles. This event will offer an opportunity for Rajasthani families living in Delhi, as well as art enthusiasts from other states, to experience Rajasthan’s cultural heritage up close. Dr. Gupta stated that the ‘Subhash Lakhotia Shravan Kumar Award’ carries forward the tradition of honoring talented individuals and personalities who make significant contributions to society and culture while selflessly serving their parents. He remarked that such honors foster a positive atmosphere in society regarding service, dedication, and cultural consciousness.

At the 14th Rajasthani Painting Competition, held on this occasion, artists will capture Rajasthan’s folk traditions, rural life, folk deities, fairs, festivals, and cultural heritage on canvas through their art. The competition aims to encourage young and emerging painters and to provide a broad platform for the distinctive style of Rajasthani art.
