NEW DELHI-PHDCCI organised the Women’s Financial Independence Conclave on 10 September 2026 at PHD House, New Delhi, bringing together 200+ participants for insightful discussions on financial awareness, wealth creation and retirement planning.

Ms. Babeeta Sharma, Director, PHDCCI, welcomed the speakers and delegates and highlighted the importance of financial empowerment. Ms. Shalini S. Sharma, Asst. Secretary General, PHDCCI, spoke on PHDCCI’s initiatives promoting women’s financial awareness and participation.

Ms. Pallavi Dinodia, Co-Chair, Direct Tax Committee, PHDCCI, shared insights on tax provisions, government schemes, savings and retirement planning, while Ms. Vandana Tiwari, Regional Head – Delhi, Nippon India, emphasised investment diversification, mutual funds, equities, gold and financial preparedness.

Ms. Nitya Pathak, Executive Convenor, Sulabh International, and Ms. Ankita Sheel Gupta, Founder & Chief Mompreneur, NewAge Mompreneurs, attended the conclave and appreciated the initiative.

The session was efficiently coordinated by Ms. Minakshi Srivastava, Joint Secretary, PHDCCI, and concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Babeeta Sharma, after three hours of meaningful discussions.
